As I wrote in 1st post....

- Note
 These light effects use Stock runway light effects.
 If you replaced Stock runway light effects (like Ultr@Pack3.0RC4's up_effects01.sfs),
my MODs cannot work as planned.

When you've installed some effect MOD containing light effects, my MOD is not guaranteed its workings.

2. SAS up to 4.12.1, your mod in the #SAS folder,
   
   -3rdeye smoke fire effects
   -Guncam tracers
   -Crashed plane smoke and fire Plutonium
   -Random belt startposition

Once test in disabling all of those effect MODs.
Visual landing aid OK?
If OK, enable the effect MODs one by one.
