Yes this is a true work of art guys. The amount of time and effort put forth from these guys is epic for a game this old.
Your going to enjoy this. ;D

Simon, the beta CFM-412 version downloaded unzipped and installed without a hitch and quick. Moving files in and out of jsgmemods very quick not like before. Game runs beautiful. 8) 8) 8)    Wingflyr

Great test UD, really good to have you involved in this build...and please confirm; what was your estimated install time after downloading the prepared CFM sets?

Monty,

I am sorry.  I did not log that, but I can tell you that once I downloaded files, I got the install done in an evening and I don't recall it taking that long.  The instructions are simple.  Contrast that to the several days it took me to download and to make either TFM412 or Pre-DBW2 work properly.

The use of the SFS content really eliminates a lot of guess work and chance for user error.

...testing CFM to destruction before release...

"Wow, we're having fun now Morg!" (10 bonus points for the first to ID the literary reference...)

The java code for jets is so comprehensive.  Steam Catapults, SAHR Missiles, Heatseeker Missiles, Vectored Thrust and a thousand other things that can be a bugger to install (alongside so many other mods) and the very devil to troubleshoot.

Now its safely compressed and running like a charm.  SFS format is magic - if it works for us, it will work for you...

Another Ranwers masterpiece; the Su-25 Frogfoot.  Would like to do a South Ossetia campaign with this one.

Just as in LOMAC the Su-25 is an un-forgiving and yet rewarding strike aircraft to fly.  Over Cyberolas' Kuban this really is LOMAC flashback time!

We have also included a QMB Overhaul specially designed for CFM.  Loads of CFM tested maps and missions will be included as standard.  All working, all specially made for CFM compatibility.  As with all such projects this feature will be built upon and will eventually include all available maps.
