Just a couple of questions about my map consolidation work (whic is almost finished):

Did you know about it?
As I plan to make it in sfs file (Benitomuso should be aware of this) can it be useful for your project?

Unfortunately I am not a part of the Map team.  If you are working with PAL or Monty, they should have let you know.

As of now the maps included are roughly 12.3GB in 50 SFS files, and the list is enormous, including WW1, East/West/Mediterranean/Pacific fronts, and others. (These are distributed in 5 downloadable files.)

Looking good.
But is this a pack, where I can decide what I require ?
Or am I forced to download everthing?

The answer is always "It depends" on how you see it.

CUP has 4 major modules:
1 - Maps -  can be used by itself in MODACT
2 - DOF (Dawn of Flight/WW1) - requires module 1, and is independent of modules 3 & 4
3 - WAW (World at War/WW2) - requires module 1, and is independent of modules 1 & 4
4 - JTW (The Jet Age/Modern) - requires module 1, and is independent of modules 2 & 3

So you need module 1, but with prices like this, you would be a fool not to install modules 2-4 ( :D ).  The JSGME mods are labeled so you can choose what options to install for each module (2-4), but you can't really pick and choose within the modules, you have to download all modules completely.

Remember that this pack is mostly SFS files to make it as easy to install as possible, so you have to download each module completely.

A "Dream Team" of some of the most talented modders in our community working together for full integration of the best stuff out there... but the most amazing part is it's being done by volunteers! I don't think many outside of this community could understand this, but if you're here on this forum reading this, you probably do. Thanks guys.

Command and Control 3.031 is an integral part of CUP's WAW (WW2) and JTW (Jet Age), but for obvious reason, not DOF (WW1).
