Quick question , Not seen any reference to this before.
I cannot see the  shaft of light from a search light any more
I can see the bright light when I am caught in one
and see the unit on the ground and the pool of light it creates around its self.
but there is no beam now.
I also thought  I have seen them before some time back -  Don't fly many night missions though.
Is there a Mod that can cause this?

This is the JSGME currently.
Works fine with everything else.

Appreciate any info.

Just thought I had better also add the WAW folder-  as there are some mods here which are not in the JSGME
Don't seem to have any other issues with this set up so far - just the  search light beams?

BTW  SAS~Gerax Loading the engine mod fix for crashing AIs  after the Stab4all fix - worked just fine. Thanks for the heads up. :)

Its not a problem, it simply means that the MissionPro mod by Benitomusso still needs this function to be added. As far as I know bldconf.ini is the only way to unlock the FMB.

Further to the problem I was having with Search lights not showing the beams. Kingsley  got me looking  at the files in the hope of finding which one had become corrupt.
However after reloading the WAW files and folder.  Replacing all the SFS folders and files.
The only thing that fixed it was a rebuild form the original torrent files I had kept.
The search lights now function in night missions.  I just can't tell you which file got hit or which Mod clobbered it.
All the mods are back in as before and it all functions correctly.

This is how it was.  Just pools of light on the ground!

And this is how it is now   :D
Note - With the Gamma set right it is not as dark as this appears.

Happy again   :)

FMB is giving me fits.. missions made  in stock planes and maps sometimes wont open, anything with pz11c in air or ground wont open, checking the air ini in the waw folder shows it has been changed, this is fixable using mission pro but static pz 11c show on the ground but wont give a name tag or country color. looking in static ini there are no stationary pz11c, several pz24 etc but not the pz 11c.  have waw all modules and am not using pal vismods either 8 or 9. Did i miss a file somewhere? other than that this is quite the fun pack, lots of mission possibiites with all the maps and airfield objects etc.
