I thought your original post might have been caused in some part by expecting too much, but it is quite clear now that you have a problem going on. One quick check could be to double check the hash values of your downloaded files. Perhaps something got hit during downloads?

Hi Moezilla thanks for the clear explanation; I was convinced that each module used only its 'own' mods. Does this means that it's no longer neccesary to load the Engine and cowling pack for #SAS as it is always loaded for #WAW?

Cowlings mod seems to be not fully integrated in CUP...I added my old copy from TFM 4.12 days to WAW meanwhile...

Still struggling with some simple errors that I can't seem to clear.

Can someone  tell me where I can find these missing files and where do I put them??

This is having loaded #WAW and taken from the  LOG.txt file - which  is 455KB after 30 seconds
The FM's also loads repeatedly 5 times before I stopped the Sim??

In the CUP Manual , there is a picture showing this kind of UFO , but I do not find it in the game...

I got the message "Data file corrupt" ...

'Data file corrupt' - is a specific QMB error message.  Nothing to do with CUP, all about old obsolete QMB missions, use the ones prefixed CUP...

Hi Rod,

Did you install any other mods?

Can you search your #WAW folder for a file called .preload. There should be only one in the SAS engine mod folder dated 10/06/2012. Do you find the same?

The FM stuff is just debugging info nothing to worry about.

*EDIT* Think I found it. You have the SAS Small FX Collection enabled right? One of the mat files - CannonSmoke.mat references a .tga file which is not included in the SFS file. Here's an edited CannonSmoke.mat which points to a valid .tga target. Unzip to your JSGMEMODS folder and activate with JSGME.exe. Let us know if it fixes it.

No mention of the smoke error.   You the man... :)

BTW  - I found the .Preload folder in the !SAS_Engine mod?  {.preload (v1.04c, 13/03/2002)}
It is full of stuff!!! 

Is it possible to get rid of all the ship errors?
Did I miss an update that took care of that?   I am sure others must have this problem also.

There seem also to be some cars missing? 
I believe I saw some time back a JAGME fix addition for this,  but having just built a new game from the latest Torrents  I see it is not included in JSGME  -  so I thought it was now included.

It looks like I have a load of ships missing - as it takes up 30% of the log file.

Do you know of a way to add these into the build.
Is there also a JSGME  mod to fix it?
