That's fine. That's the one that comes with CUP.

Is it possible to get rid of all the ship errors?
Did I miss an update that took care of that?   I am sure others must have this problem also.

Yes it is possible but it's a time consuming job, lots of time spent in text editors. I've seen at least two people mention that they are working on it so I'm not going to do triple redundancy. ;-)

There seem also to be some cars missing? 
I believe I saw some time back a JAGME fix addition for this,  but having just built a new game from the latest Torrents  I see it is not included in JSGME  -  so I thought it was now included.

Ok, go to <YOURCUPFOLDER>\#WAW\STD\com\maddox\il2\objects and make a backup copy of technics.ini to someplace else. Now open the original technics.ini in notepad. Press Ctrl+F to open the find feature. Enter AustinAmb and hit "Find Next". Scroll down a little bit to find a value showing "Soldiers       3" and change the 3 to a 2. The next entry down should be the Firetruck and again change the 3 to a 2 and save the file.

All cars now load without errors.
I really appreciate your help good buddy.   

I hope it will also help someone else.
 
The worse thing for me is the low frame rates and I thought I had a killer system,  but CUP still brings it to its knees if the Log is enabled.  While it writes a whole mess of errors to it. 
Still runs way better though without it active - I am glad to say  :)

Absolutely love this Mod and appreciate all the hard work by the troops that spent God knows how long putting it together.

Some maps and presumably aircraft produce 1 frame every 2 or 3 seconds on occasion.  Which renders it unplayable.  Still trying to workout just what it is -  and make it repeatable.  But clearing the error log of the ones we have managed to do - is making that a lot easier to identify.

As a change of tack.

Do you have any idea why in #DOF using the joystick button 3 to fire rockets - hangs the PC completely? I normally have to reboot?  Really strange.

In all the other Eras  button 3 is OK for Rockets / missiles
It is just in #DOF it hangs up.
Did I miss something earlier?

No...it would involve opening up the sfs structure of the module thereby eliminating the advantage of the whole thing...
if you dont like waw use tfm for 4.12 and mod that one...it offers more flexibility in that regard

Did you try Flyby=0 in the [Mods] section of conf.ini?

It's the "#Cup_Stabs4All"  mod in JSGME.   I Activated your identical JSGME mods and went through the process of elimination.  The stab mod has those files that I have no idea what to do with, but at least we got the issue solved.

BTW, Where did you get the #Cup_SAS-SmallFX_Fix?  I do not have that

He supplied a link to the fix mod to add a good GunsmokeI.tga link and  this error no longer is seen.

One question... is it possible to import or export a plane from one era to another era?

I would like to use the Yak-9s from WAW in JTW, for missions in Korea.

Yes it is but you need to install the plane like any other..if it is stock Il2 and not in the air.ini just add the respective entry ....
bit you cannot just transfer planes from one module to another one...as said you need to install als usual

Hi, I`m still new on this forum and absolute beginner in modding (earlier modded other game from SH IV to SH V series so I`m a bit familiar with great JSGME) and now I`d like to ask is it possible to DL only one or 2, 3 modules to play only jet era?

Three dyas ago I found mods for JetWar, but I`m lost in modding. I can mod to HSFX, nice and easy, thanks, same with Modact, earlier I did UltraPacks for 4.10 and 4.11 if I remember well... I can play HSFX stand alone mod, I can play Modact too, but Jetwar it`s not for me - to hard to mod this.

Anyway it is big job and the big step for future of Il 2 1946 and that is a really great idea to put this all in 1.

So we can log the possible differences in what is missing.
When I load #WAW  these are the ships listed in the LogFile.txt that are apparently not there.
This provokes a lot of info being written to the Log.

I understand some folks were looking into this, for which I am most grateful, 
but wondered was there a ship update that was included in the SFS files that was not loaded elsewhere?

I am not really certain  but I believe if you load another Era -  #JTW  or  #DOF  you get different ship errors. 
Still working on that list.

Be nice if there was just a ship pack missing - we could retro load?

The Ship errors are different and a lot less (a plus)

The actual path would be      com\Maddox\il2.objects\Stationary.ini\StationaryObjects\smoke26                 vehicles.stationary.Smoke$Smoke26       0

I have to admit I do not understand the path structure showing with dots,  but I can't see where "Vehicles" comes into the picture. 

Maybe that is why these 3 are not found.  In \Il2\objects - I have no file named  "Vehicles"

Is there a way for me to correct the path  so these 3 are found?
