Frankly that's just the way these helis were flown in the late 80s.
They're a little less maneuverable when equipped with HOT missiles but still that's just what they've been supposed to be used like.
The only thing missing in this vid compared to normal usage is that frequently the pilots used to fly rolls when having to jump above higher tree rows instead of pushing down.

We've seen many of these flying around in the late 80s / early 90s. Things became much more civil when the iron curtain fell, still it was mostly very young pilots on the PAH-1 and apparently they weren't kept on the short leash.
