Looking for ELEV_COLOR.dbf file

Hello guys

I'm desperatly searching for the ELEV_COLOR.dbf file wich was part of an archive created by Kevin_P. I cannot find it anymore in my Microdem directory.
I've only got ELEV_COLORS - corrected v7.dbf, ELEV_COLORS IL-2 Sturmovik.dbf and Terrain texture 16 RGB v2.dbf. If someone can help me, it will be greatly appreciated  ;)
