It looks like it was modeled after an Fw-190 control yoke

Link says that he cost might be around 70-90 bucks U.S.$, so about $100-120 in Canada.

Not sure what a sterling is nyali, but a Pound £ is 1.55 UD$

Only thing is it's one piece, so I will not be able to hold sick between legs, like my current stick, (logitec atk3).

Does look good though.

true on conversion rates, just thinking what it will actually be once its released, always unexpected price hikes in production etc. To be honest i think this will hit the shelves at about twice whats predicted

It got better and more accurate hall sensors than warthog. It is mostly because military technology is at hand and better developed. It is suggested it might be too sensitive.
I think this is aimed at regular people not capable to buy Warthog and other high end stuff. So if they cannot keep the price down, it will simply not reach the marked

And it will probably come to UK at the standard rip off rate of $1 = £1

Most manufacturers think that is acceptable

What is it with flight sims and its users? everything is doomed from the start. What about some optimism? see what happens? reed some tests? The world is not against us, but we are few. Personally I am grateful for anything offered to this small marked of sim nerd´s

Thats exactly it, we are a small market so, to make any serious profit they have to crank prices high.
Everything aimed at this market has always been overpriced and most likely will always be.
