Polish Fokkers-Update

Here's several Polish DVII(F)'s using MURDOC's template.  22.5 "Menenti Mori" is from 13 Squadron the other two aircraft are from 15 squadron All operated during the 1919-1921 conflict period. I've added at the end 504/18 "Crippled hand" of 15 Squadron.  Enjoy.
