Just out of curiosity, did you modify the 3D for that or combine 3D meshes from existing planes? AFAIK we do not have a Malcolm hood P-47 in the SAS modded inventory yet. ?

For the case. If that is a mod and you like to share it plus can tell me which of the Jugs reloaded pits would fit for it (if it HAD a Malcolm Hood pit) I would do the cockpit canopy reflection imprints. Sigh, I wish my fav 3D cockpit man would still mod pits.

    With this I simply merged the Malcolm hood from the P-51B/C to the canopy of the P-47 C5 in the Jugs reloaded pack. I'm actually surprised no one did this sooner.

Anyways I was waiting to see what Xjrtaz thought of it before I packaged it all up but I'll send you the mesh so you can get started putting your magic touch to it.

Would it be possible to leave one version (USA) with the Malcolm Hood and
the (Multi) for other countries , as a normal version?

If it was not for Xjrtaz asking about it, no one would ever notice we are missing
a P-47 using a Malcom-Hood type  and this looks pretty good too.
One more P-47 for the collection !

 I used the P-47 C5 in the Jugs Reloaded pack but this should work with any of the Razorbacks we have. Just wanna say thanks to barrett_g for finding the silver lady skin and to the original creator of that skin as well as to the makers of the Jugs reloaded Pack and the P-51 B/C.

That is just fantastic...I now have all of dads notable planes in my collection. His two spitfires from 317 squadron, JH-V 'Bazyli Kwiek', JH-Y, and his Mk 9 from 302 squadron WX-F. from the 56th I have his MK `M' so to have silver lady as well just tops it off...

First,

It is the ultimate P-47 package at SAS and has IMHO the best WWII US props FMs inside IL-2.

Then to the hood, I tried a small file sent to me by Lone Wolf (simply the P-51 Malcolm hood outside mesh). You can use that and put it into the Jugs reloaded target 3Do/Plane folder.
I am sure Lone Wolf will send it to you as well.

What that does not solve: The isnide of the cockpit will still be the birdcage version.
Sorry, no idea how to solve this without being a 3D modder.
