Found this one recently, been looking for it for a long time, a lot of F-4s and F-5s... Don Taylor directed it, he also did The Final Countdown. Art Scholl (Top Gun) did aerial photography, Chuck Yeager was the technical advisor!

Thanks for the film links guys  8) I always enjoy seeing a great film with a good story. I love films!
When I have the change, I usually buy them on DVD for my movie collection.

My last selection of DVDs which I bought were "Red" and "RED 2" ( starrring Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman, John Malkovich),
that Canadian made film "Hitler: The Rise of Evil" (Starring Robert Carlyle, Stockard Channing and Peter O'Toole),
and season 1 and season 2 of the TV series "Eureka" (starring Colin Ferguson and Salli Richardson ) ;D

Thanks once again for the film links. I have been watching a few of them today.

I recently found a very good Russian film (with English subtitles) about Tank battles in World War 2.

"White Tiger" - 2012 BluRay HD
--

...that Tiger tank looks suspicious  ;) It looks British!  ;D But you decide what tank it is.
................................................

Here us one of my all time favorites, still in classic Black+white but now in High-definition. I also have it in DVD.

The Longest Day - 1962
-

The events of D-Day, told on a grand scale from both the Allied and German points of view.
... this film has the greatest film stars of the 1960s all together in one film! 42 great actors  ... and was filmed by 5 film Directors!
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0056197/fullcredits?ref_=tt_ov_dr#directors
It´s just GREAT!

.................................................
Who cannot forget another masterpiece!

A Bridge Too Far - 1977 -Full Movie In English HD 1080p
-

... It is near the end of WWII. The Germans have lost most of France, and the Allied forces decide to give them the final hit.
They plan to drop thousands of paratroopers in Holland and keep a few key positions there, until reenforcements arrive.
The most important spot is the bridge of Arnhem; once it's captured, it can block everything west of Germany .

The making of the movie -

Thrilling espionage and the good old days of Cold War !  ;D Who cannot forget those Fun days!

50 Years of James Bond: The Movie
-

... Approximately five minutes from each of the 22 films produced James Bond films have been cut together, in order and
in sequence, beginning with the first five minutes of DR. NO (1962) followed by minutes 5-10 of FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE (1963),
minutes 10-15 of GOLDFINGER (1964), minutes 15-20 of THUNDERBALL (1965), continuing on through each of the remaining 18
Bond features (accounting for variables in each title's running time) culminating with the final five minutes of 2008's QUANTUM OF SOLACE.

This fresh look at the "James Bond Formula" provides a new exploration of the evolution of the series into a filmmaking genre uniquely its own.
With few exceptions, each title's transition into the picture that follows it is nearly seamless, creating a viewing experience that at first might
serve to remind us "if you've seen one Bond film, you've seen them all," but looking more closely it is in fact an endearing homage to a
character who single-handedly shaped modern cinema's action/adventure formula and who continues to leave an indelible mark on
generations worldwide.

I have that spitfire movie on VHS. It's called "Spitfire," and it stars David Niven and Leslie Howard (also directed by Mr Howard)

It is, to put it plainly, a classic. I highly recommend it.
