Just upgraded to Windows 10 and.......

1. It reset or did something to either my Nvidia settings or my conf.ini as now my graphics are not what they were (back to the drawing board),
2. Trying to save an .ini file will result in an "Access denied"..............WTF?!?!? Apparently I, as the computer owner/administrator cannot save simple text files to the same folder I opened them in!!

There are workarounds online for various W10 issues but....dammit......why does MS screw with basic things everytime!?!?? :\'(

I had to reset my IL-2 profile, but the rest was stable. I thought the profile change was due to the fact that I updated to the Nvidia driver for Windows 10.

besides being the admin. take ownership which elevates the admin. privileges. If you do not know how to do this right click on file or folder or drive letter click prop. then click security then click advance follow promps easy. Then you can slap around win 10 to your likeing
