To be exact it is Vorflügelapparat, not Normal-Segelapparat, but they are so similar that I'll accept the answer.

It’s alright loco,
That is a Fairey Gannet.
The plane I thought I posted was a Hawker Cygnet.
On further inspection it seems to be a different plane altogether.
It was in fact a Gloster Gannet.
