Great plane, flies great: it seems there's something sticking out from the cockpit when pilot turns his head. I noticed a lot of commented out lines in heir.him. Anyone else see this?

Yes- there's a strange "growth" on the left side of the cockpit canopy, which appears intermittently- I'll post a picture later. It comes and goes, and I'm not sure what "makes" it.

It's the oxygen mask values in heir.him: it's much larger than scale and at a 90 degree angle..

Oh yes, that's one of the side effects from Barnesy's pilots.
They use vastly unproportional dimensions, the head gets shrinked and the mask enlarged from hier.him editing, plus the orientation doesn't match anymore.
Guess that's a leftover from those pilots.
For the time being, until this makes it into an "official" update, you can use the patch with new hier.him attached to this post.

Best regards - Mike

Marvellus new Cat...
Working with my 4.10.1 UR3RC4 plus patch pack and AutoDiff Fm. Also confirmed 4.12.2, former TFM412 flying. Both are heavy modded enviroment...
Great bomber killer, also very dangerous opponent of smaller ships.
