Hi Pete, Epervier says these are the two SSP classfiles in F-Reds Dewontine D520

894C571864CEDDE2
AF6BBDD43BA9070A

I'm going to remove them as suggested in the D520 post, I can't get the thing to work using these entries in stationary and techics.ini files

Dewoitine520      vehicles.planes.Plane$Dewoitine520    1

[Dewoitine520]
Description    Dewoitine520
Icon           Plane
Class          air.Dewoitine520
PanzerBodyFront      0.004

Do you think you could put together a SSP for this plane that would work?

Thanks

Hoss

Hello Mike, the entries you have there are the ones I use for the stationary in my 4.12 mod but as I pointed out to you they cannot be used on their own only with a larger file that also includes all the stock stationary entries, sorry, that is how that works, so they are no good on their own used for a SSP.

The name used is correct for the Freddy version of the plane and is what I would use to make a SSP but the entries would be slightly different in that case anyway from how they are in my main stationary mod.

Now here is the one given in the Freddy mod:

Self Stationary Planes

894C571864CEDDE2
AF6BBDD43BA9070A

technics

[D520]
Description    D520
Icon           Plane
Class          air.Dewoitine520
PanzerBodyFront      0.002
Explode              WagonMetal

stationary

D520       vehicles.planes.D520Static$D520    1

Same classes Epervier mentions but the entry is what would have been used in the older D520 mod, very confusing.

Not sure exactly what is going on here but at the moment I am too tired to try and make sense of it all, sorry.

As for making a SSP for you, the rules of this thread are that you ask Epervier first if the aircraft falls into the period that the D520 was made, 1936 -1945, it does and as he is the boss and his thread was here long before mine you must first ask him to please make it for you. ;)

Now, if for whatever reason he decides that he will not and he does not need to give you a reason, then you are welcome to ask here and I will have a go for you, but only if Epervier declines your request.

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. ;D

Pete,

Would you consider adding an SSP for the Japanese B2M1/2?
Thanks

Hello dona, according to Gio the B2M1 entered service in 1932 so as far as I am concerned it falls within the remit of this thread so I will give them a go for you. ;)

Pete
If you have an opportunity at some point would very much appreciate an SSP for the Piper family (PA11, PA18, PA18B).  Happy holidays

I will take a look at them for you Dona, not exactly sure when you will get them though as the festive season is upon us.
