Hello guys, there is now a link in the first page to the F-8 Crusaders. ;)

Mediafire link:

https://www.mediafire.com/file/clr0sua5m6zxu86/F-8%20Crusader%20family%20SSP.zip

The download contains each type as a individual SSP so you can add the types of choice to your install.

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. ;D

Pete
At some point in the future when you might have a free moment from all the other outstanding work you are doing, would greatly appreciate an SSP for the new F-84F.

A most Happy Holidays to you!!

Hello dona, sorry not checked in here for a while so missed this request. :-[

Unfortunately I have no idea of the new type you mention, here at SAS?  Over at Freemodding?

There have been a few different versions of F-84 floating around over the years and as the SSP needs to use the air.ini line I need that specific model entry. ;)

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. ;D

Hi Pete

Thanks for the response.  Its the F84F that 4SVega did

https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,53064.msg577167.html#msg577167

Would also welcome an SSP for the B-57B when and if time permits

Hello dona, yes okay I will take a look at both for you. ;)

I have the F-84 pack already but not with the F version, must have missed the update.

My B-57 is the Freemodding aircraft and I thought there was one with it, maybe I just added it to the main stationary mod though, if it is something else I will need a link or the air.ini line.

I will also take a look at what else I can add to this thread now that the main stationary mod is no longer able to be updated.

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. ;D

Hi Pete.

For whatever reason I could never get many of your updated stationary aircraft to work, particularly in BAT. By contrast the SSPs have always worked well and have been a great enhancement to the game, at least for me.

Thanks Again!!!

I also tried the ones you mentioned previously and the same for me, not sure what was wrong as the main pack worked in my other installs. o_O  The main pack relies on all the stock statics remaining within the mod and if that is tampered with there are issues, however, I am not actually involved with BAT so do not know just how they applied what they used from my mod.

Anyway, this way you can just add individual aircraft of choice although you loose the taxi to take off function I believe.

The full static mod is now effectively redundant as I cannot add anything else and if I try to remove some things then that could cause issues for existing users if they have set up their game to use it as it is so I guess we go this route from here on in.  ;)

Pete

If you have time sometime, would be great to have an SSP for the new C-130.
Cheers

Already made, however, it has issues. ::(
