i really don't know how fix radio compass

i look into original cockpit classfile of Mig-21 III generation and parameters of radiocompass are the same of the last, nothing change

if someone is able to fix it pls tell us here till tomorrow, or i will release 2.1 so fast without it

Taskf: Sorry, no idea about the compass and lately no time for flying or modding, very stressy RL. Will check, but I did never touch the compass except for the visual overlay on 2nd Generation Mig-21s, what you describe sounds like a classfile or conflict issue.

Just leave your edit in place, no prob.

As for FMs...the only two things I personally would long for if Vega finds it appropriate would be increase in high AOA regime and increase in roll behaviour according to that one LanceR pit video I once shared...you know the momentum plus and roll speed plus speed regime. Mostly the momentum. It looks like a full watered barrel hard to initiate but once rolled very fast at that.

But well, how much work can go into one mod...I advise all gents to take a kick back and relax. We are IL-2 modded ...but I admit, the level of detail of this mod tempts to find perfection, that is why I annoyed Vega with all my references. I made my peace with this great mod. ;) :)

Other than that, will look at the pits later again, maybe I find a clue.

Sorry for being unavaliable, started a new job training and that takes fulltime committment, when I come here after Friday I literally only want to fly and check my humble WIPs...no big mods from me atm.

the next stage of 21s need an important work on pylons

they have too much drag and create problems when mounted, reducing the cruise speed at altitude of 100khp or more

i will do with them the same work of the F-4, in aircraftloaded section of the main classfile, and manage the plane cx from there

at the same time i've already created a new code for energy bleeding on turns, the previous don't works as i want

10 days max to release

MiG-21bis rolls suddenly on it's side when climbing out after takeoff, (approx. 1000m).
I've seen this behaviour before, but it seems to happen more now after upgrading to
latest 2.7.1 engine mod.

In FA-18C, I'm also getting sudden-death-dive roll-overs while slowing to below 400kph now
while doing landing approaches, so may be related ?

EDIT:
After another test, I find problems. It seems to be common no matter what version of the engine
mod I use.

a) Severe FPS drop after turn on running lights..... before lights fps=154, after lights on fps=40
b) Lights are wrong, tailfin light is green.
c) Game freeze if lights on and hit REFLY

After I hit refly, then the only option I can use is "return to mission", this is what  I see .........



If I switch off the lights, then hit REFLY, there is no game freeze or crash, it is normal.

The only flaw is....my limited flying skills....

Great work around mate!

Just a suggestion: in the readme there are only the late variants entries....maybe add all the air.ini can be useful for newcomers....
