Turning off "forgotten countries" didnt fix it for either.

Could you make a blacklist and a whitelist of extensions?

It seems there is extension missing.

The radio compass works fine for PF, PFM, FL, R.(ILS and TACAN).
Dont works properly for others (works in the original mod third generation).

Do you mean Westerns TACAN? Have it working in F-18, F-16
but didn't find out how to activate it on MiG-21s ..  :-[
So, please help me out: how to activate this?
(silly me, seems I forgot this.. )

Or please tell me with wich loadout exactly you try to load
on wich MiG-21 Variant exactly and get the CTD then ..

I tried several MiG-21s with several loadouts and do not have this CTD error.
Fired some missiles, no probem so far..
But of course I have not tested ALL weapons of each Mig-21 variant.
So - please - give more info.  ;)

Yes western's TACAN.

 ILS and TACAN station as StationaryObjects 20th/Apr./2014

I activate this in the same way as F-18.
Works fine for F-18, F-16, F-4 PhantomII v1.40 with full-function cockpit,
MIG-21, MIG-21 third generation original mods.
The needle indicates the direction of the TACAN station to return to the base for example.

But don't works for the MIG-21 third generation in this pack.

OK  Thank you SAS~Gerax! V3 game30% CTD solved using !SAS_Engine_Mod_v2,7,1_+flames (full), replacing !!SAS_Engine_2.7_patch_western_20151220.
info requested : I used loadout Default with all my previous CTD's with MiG-21PF, as per errorlog. Did not test then other 21s or other loadouts...

Well I tried first loadouts finally, and here it goes:
Loadout 2 x R-3A for Mig-21PF and PFM: strange pylon mapping, not seen in V2, but in V3 as below pictures... Missiles work as they should.
In V2 contact to missile pylons are seen correctly even in arming window. In V3, these are invisible in arming window. 

Mig-21PF V2 with 2 x R-3A. Works and seen OK under all changes such as my new engine mod setups.

Mig-21PF V3 with 2 x R-3A and very same setup.  412_SASma5.3 
Red areas: Wrong 'large skin area' mapping on the contact pylons. Fuselage rectangle pylon object can now be seen in game only, always, when not in use.
PF PFM tests same results: 2xR-3A  2xRS-2-US  2xRS-2-US(flare) 2xKh-66 2xS-24 1xPTB-490
No problem: 2xFAB100 2xFAB250 2xFAB500 2xZB-360 2xUBI-16-7U
...ended visual testing loadouts...
Could be just me though. Anyone have this? ...see next post answer...

update: Also tried engine mod 2,7,1 without exhaust flames, just in case. No change.

fixed version 3.0b at first post


missiles selection bug now is fixed


@Huberranz: the V3 have a different pylons work, due theyr massive aerodynamic drag in previous versions.

So arming window doesn't show them, but they works in game, with the little bug of the skin.

I preferred to have a correct behavior in flight giving a little 'aesthetics, in each case with the gray skin is not seen  :D

After downloading the 3.0b ver., it keep CTD with the same error but after updating with the new Westerns Engine Mod it runs fine without problems :) Many thanks Vega and Gerax!

New engine mod is not a patch. It is a replacement full.



I knew that. IIRC I already had the patched up Engine mod, you know, I am no newbie to jet mods in IL-2. :D :P
Anyway, tried it with the one with the Engine flames upgrade again and it seems to work now.

BTW.
Carry on chaps...if you want to have the correct reflection without the mirror shadow for the PFM version, take my mod on page 1, post 1, bottom. >:(
