Is it BAT compatible or we need wait for BAT version/include into new BAT update?

Thanks to all involved into this project!

Install the folder called "!MiG-21", install it into BAT and replaced all previous strings in Air.ini and in plane

Thanks. I did. I tried S-106 first (I am from Slovakia) and noticed that fire from onboard canon comes from under fuselage pylon, not from real cannon position.  Same for F-7MG. Tried F, F-13, F-7M and they are OK with cannon fire position.

Tried ZSh-3 pilot helmet sunglass, and in my install it works correctly in S, SM, MF, Bis, MFN, Bison (in cockpit and in external view too). In F, F-13, S-106, F-7m, F-7MG, FL, PF, PFM, R I got message in cockpit but no sunglass goes down. But in external view sunglass was down after ctrl+D. By default externall sunglass was up in external view.

U and UM version with sunglass was something between. By default pilot had in external view sunglass down, instructor up. After ctrl+D I got message glass down in cockpit, but glass for pilot does not work in cockpit view. For instructor in cockpit there was working sunglass down after ctrl+D but nothing happened in external, instructor was allways with glass up in external view and pilot wa allways with glass down in external view.

In F and F based versions external view I noticed that pilot is sitting lil bit down in comparation to photos and other versions.

String are fixed, so I got all versions.

As I wrote I tried it in BAT with newest SP2 applied.


Get this plane (S-106) into air and very good feeling I had. It is pleasure fly Mig-21 family from your (and all contributors) Mig-21 pack. With very nice mm skins I like migs a lot. New cockpits and repaints looks very good to me, sounds are very nice too. With my friends tried BAT online, and we have pleasure fly Migs over Slovakia map where we live.

Never seen this before, and i had the old Mig 21s running perfectly.

I did install all of the new versions of weapons packs, engine mod etc to be sure.

I don't think that's related to the MiGs fresco.
Your game can't open the main screen at all.
Are you on directx intentionally or is this just by accident?
Maybe you've dumped your conf.ini?

Conf hasn’t changed,

However I remember that prior to installing these, I did notice Jetwar 1.4 and dropped it in without fully reading the night before. I assumed it was an upgrade only,  but I see now that there are differences from 1.33. Most likely this is causing a conflict somewhere, so I’ll revert later today and see if that fixes it.

As I suspected, reverting to Jetwar 1.33 did the trick. I suppose 1.4 conflicts with something, but im not sure what. No matter, I have a fairly stable jet build going as is (which is rare for my jet-builds) so ill leave it as is!

Lovely MiGs by the way. I love the look of the early MiG-21s the best. Ill take one out later today for a spin, probably a chinese one.

Previous Mig-21 folders have been removed.


All recent updates from western used as of today.


There is a folder 'MIG21_Textures' in the download but nothing in it.


Could anyone help with this please.


EDIT:  Installed in 4.12.2 with SAS ModAct 5.30, sorry forgot to mention the install previously, I apologise. :-[

Mig-21F-13 finally! :) :) :)
Also, i found, that my F-7G and F-7M have very small weapons list. Default, 2xAim-9B, 2xAim-9D only. I have both weapos pack mentioned in first side. Maybe need another one? Other Migs are fine, all have long list of missile, bombs, rack, countless ordenance list...
Also, i am little confused. The Mig-21F-13 have only 30 round for its gun? I think 70 maximum or normally 60, the 21F have only 30/gun.
Also a little idea about future update-GP-A-12,7 pod. Fit under Mig-21 and 21UM fuselage. Centerline rack itself removed and this small pod added its place. Have only 80 ammunition. Only for training missions. An Mig-21U in Szolnok, Hungary, Reptár museum have this rare pod attached. Also have one is czech Air Force museum Mig-21U underbelly.

You guys have to make the MiG-21-97, I found it on the MiG-21 variants on the Upgraded version. But it was a Mock up version.

Also I also found the MiG-21SN with Tactical Nuclear Bomb.
