Since this is my first campaign and map in 4.09+UP2.01 I have nothing to compare with, but I've also thought about the stuttering could be related to the map.
I tried your suggestion using ash_BoF/ash_Oload.ini map instead for one mission which worked fine but the stuttering was about the same.
Anyway the next mission has an other map so I can see if it makes a difference if I can get the map to work that is:

Yes I know and that is ok, but when I have up to ten stuttering in one mission it's annoying.
