A tad more context around the actual issue, i.e. 20 log-lines prior and after the error, would help getting an understanding of what actually happened.
My best guess is that you got killed during RRR.
Which would mean that this exception had no further impact anywhere.
But it's just a guess.

Selecting the Ta-183 in a multiplayer dogfight mission can break the "Fly" and "Arming" buttons:

Yes... somehow parts of a BAT class sneaked in here, resulting in a length mismatch between weapon hooks and actual loadout declarations.
Hotfix 13 will have it covered.

Found a Bug on Wyvern TF Mk 4 1953 Torpedo Loadouts. No logs are showing but Photos Taken







And another Bug was Found on Vildebeest (Sea) 1933, No logs were found but photos were Taken








And Found a Bug all three Venom Aircraft Arming Preview Loadouts.

When in the cockpit of the F-72 Superbolt, the throttle lever moves perpendicular to its correct axis.

I’m using UP 3.4 Patch 2 Hotfix 12

Found a Bug on P-61A Upper Turret, It was Missing, But the Gun pods was there...

No logs were Showing But Photos Taken

This was Showing the P-61A had no Upper Turret, Confirm the Bug was There While firing


Second, The Upper turret was MissinG


Also, I noticed the 1000lb from the Rack had a Bug.


I also Found a Nasty Bug on F-72 Throttle Lever. No Log were found But photos were taken

I don't thing the Upper Turret had Missing Gun pod.

Also. I discovered the P-61A And B Manifold Pressure Indicator had Bug.
