Thank you very much for this update benitomuso. :)

It works Like a charm and I was wondering if it's possible if this fix could be adapted for use with the other in game helo's ? It would be nice to have them handling  as nicely as this one does now. ;)

Thanks again,

Hi Pablo! :)

Thank you for your excellent work!
The choice of weapons corresponds to the original.
The sound is beautiful.
Piloting a helicopter is much more realistic.

But in my installation I got the such speed o_O:

907 km/h? You fly fast uh!!!

Are you using my FM included in the last download? On it the Abs Max Speed is set to 335km/h as in its specifications. I think that the shaking should have reached incredible values and the overstress (G) should have become very high.

I have to test it. Never tried to reach such a speed.

Regards,

Yes, Pablo, I'm using all of your class files, and your FM.

Test with a full load of fuel and weapons showed slightly lower speed. :-|

With best wishes! :)

good and bad news from my testing - good is the FM, an absolute dream to fly now :D
bad(and this is likely just me) is that it disables most of the loadouts....i only have the first two loadout options, for 64 + 128 x S-5M. no more.
in the regular loadout list, the next loadout will have a Sturm-V, but it must be missing something?
if i remove this, i have full loadouts back, but the old FM
......

edit - please ignore above - another case of typing before checking, apologies - i was using the previous version,  :P
using the new one, and all is much improved - i even have some new loadouts now! excellent!  8)

but now I have no external engine sounds in the Mi-8T :(
It can be corrected?
Thank you

Finally found some time to test it :) Flies really well... except... a few things...

you really should make separate throttle and cyclic - otherwise we can't get any closer (it makes such problems as bad handling at landing - what you would normally do is having high RPM - throttle open - and keep cyclic low - flat blades).

Also, nosewheel does not affect steering for me... :(
And... no breaks? o.O :))

And as for removing "weird stabilators"... ever seen Mi-24?

There should actually be a loss of lift on the rotor due to reaching critical mach number, limiting the max speed in level flight.

As for absolute speed record on Mi-24, it has been well over 400 km/h, in Afghanistan, diving to evade fire from mountains.
