Thank you for this wonderful mod! The Thud has always been my favorite Vietnam War aircraft.  Being able to fly her in a simulator is a dream come true.

I tried to get this running with 4.12.2 Modact 5.30 but it keeps crashing at 20%

I have all the .ini entries and the weapons, jet war and common utils (other jets are ok like Mig15/17 Sabres)

I had a look at the log.lst file and it contains

Code: [Select]

Welcome to the club..  ;)  I'm glad to see that I'm not alone. Same problem, same symptom : "Laser Spotter' s error". Don't know what does it mean...

Quickly, install Su-25 or USMC(F/A-18 and AV-8B+) pack.

In the future, when Vaga will make this F-105's update or Weapon pack update, it will become not needed.

Installed the SU25 (that has very silent engines as in completely no noise at all) and the F105 works however when you leave QMB IL2 crashes out to desk top the SU25 causes the same problem too  ::(.  But it's a nice plane to fly :D

Update: It does not however crash to desk top if you fly another jet (i.e. Sabre?) first in QMB

Thanks for the advice :)

Su-25 seems to need "L-39 Sounds" pack. Like L-159F and G Petrel and Kestrel pack. When you searching the latter two, you also found L-39 sound pack!

Yes - it is very problematic. Mods often have refferencies to another mods (that often makes a chain of 4 planes, LOL) - which is why mods like weapon-pack are made. Hopefully, we can get new Jet-era mod, that would solve a lot...
