also, you need to learn how to use the 'insert code' option when posting up large amounts of text, to avoid mile-long posts, which will be cut off anyway if you exceed a certain amount of characters.
a few things to consider in this regard:
the insert code option uses these bracket symbols - [ and ] , so when adding any code, make sure that the code you are pasting in does not start or end with these symbols, as that screws up the code function. which is what's happened to your post. i could edit it for you, but maybe best you try to edit it yourself, to get the hang of it.
a lot of that initial stuff you posted up is not relevant at all - that is something you'll learn over time - e.g. in what you posted, approximately the first 2/3 we don't need - all the SFS mounting messages, weapons loading, none of that is needed - from this entry on, things get interesting for us:
FM called 'FlightModels/Fw-190D-14.fmd' is being loaded from Alternative File: 'gui/game/buttons'
Fw190-D15 Loading FMD: FlightModels/Fw-190D-15.fmd
shortly after this, the relevant error/s start to appear:
at com.maddox.il2.game.GameWin3D.main(GameWin3D.java:235)
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/maddox/il2/objects/air/TypeLaserSpotter
at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass0(Native Method)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass(Unknown Source)

at com.maddox.rts.LDR.loadClass(LDR.java:25)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(Unknown Source)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClassInternal(Unknown Source)
good luck with it!
edit - just read your reply, and take my advice - DO NOT try to mod your CUP install further, at least not until you have several years of modding experience under the belt.
rather use a dedicated Modact install, where you can test with one new mod at a time, and slowly build up a big install if you like, but to mess with the CUP install is literally begging for trouble.
please understand, the CUP guys can offer tech help with the standard CUP install. NOBODY can help if you just go ahead and do your own mods with it......
so, my advice, if you want to test, do it in a Modact standalone environment, and NOT in a CUP environment....
