Thanks mate, excellent info. Looks like CUP has every object except the ones I created recently...I'm really happy about this, it will make my life so much easier if I know that CUP has most objects I need :)
I can also see now that for SAS modact users Boomers Object Pack will be the only requirement besides this mod. HSFX probably includes that object pack so that will be alright too.

Istvan, in keeping the CUP SAS-Modular Map Expansion up to date we would be very grateful if you could pm or link me to the objects I need to add.

This is a fabulous project we are all following with great interest.

Hi! Gathering the object files and their static.ini entries is one of the things I still have to do before a beta version. I'm also gonna be able to give you my texture updates for Boomers object pack which is included in CUP. Its not going to need any static ini editing, just tga and mat and msh updates. It will also improve the fps.

Amazing work!  Congratulations on such an incredible overhaul.  I was going to ask (respectfully of course) about the width of the roads in the textures.  I wondered if they are something that can be narrowed or if they are indeed correct for streets of the era.  It's looking like its going to be brilliant nonetheless and the pace you are setting is nothing short of miraculous.  :)

Holy S***t. I thought it was to be only the summer version. ehm... so, might there be a wintry Berlin too, say... for the February-March 1945 period? Amazing stuff happening here :)

Thanks, mate! I'm sorry but I got no time for a third, winter version. My main problem with it is that I'm not familiar with map editing softwares (I use unlocked FMB for everything) hence manually repopulating the map with winter objects (currently not even in existence) would be an insane amount of work. If you can show me a way how to easily replace 'building A' with 'building B' then I can do it, no problem.

the width of the roads in the textures.

Not sure what the problems is, the roads imho are the same as on any IL-2 map.
Can you show me exactly which road / picture you're refering to?
