Looking at the Internal error [SHF TAB] I am missing the NTL_Darwin_small_Wood4.tga in my texture file.  Not sure how that occurred but that seems to be the issue.  In the Formosa folder I have NTL_Darwin_small_Wood0.tga, ...1, ...2 and ...3 but no 4--completely missing.  That must be what is corrupted on the download.

Well, maybe the no.4 was somehow corrupted in the download you got.

Anyway, to make it easy, I'd just copy one of the NTL_Darwin ... tga's and then rename it into the missing one, no.4. Making sure it is in the correct texture directory ... one double texture will not make any difference in how the woods look

It's a bit of cheating, but it works ... and those woods textures aren't really that important if you fiddle with only one ... in fact, if you change the order around in which they are put in the load.ini ...0-1-2-3-4 into for instance 4-2-3-1-0  or whatever, you might just get some nice looking trees on the map. By accident ... ha ha

But to test all the possible permutations out is just too time consuming ...

Anyway, without an attachment function on the board, it's easier to do it the q&d manner ...

I didn't create a new woods4, I just changed the load file from woods4 to woods3.  Simplest way but it works.

Again sir, thanks for all your contributions to the hobby!

I downloaded the Hormuz map and it is awesome, thank you...

but...

the object files needed for it were and are hard to find as the downloads given in the read-me are dead. I managed to find the Egypt objects but i couldn't find the CanonUK objects. It appears to work without them but towns look kinda small.

I wouldn't like to download those big channel maps, at least not yet, so is the object pack somewhere?

Here is a list of links to a number of object packs. canon's UK objects (without the airfields) is amongst the links:
These links should still be working.

Most of the objects are from Fabianfred's Trees - there is a link above for the mod pack objects you are missing.

The bitumen plates might be from another mod, though I'm not sure at the moment. I'd install Fabianfred's objects first and see what happens.

You may also need the olive tree mod (see link above) and possibly some of the BranToc Objects as well (also link above).

Bitumen I believe is from Canon's new English Channel map objects

Well there you go ... all the missing objects can be found in the links above ... it's best to install all objects that you can get your hands on anyway. Sooner or later they will show up on a map
