Any reason not to include the Yak-9B in WAW?
« on: December 24, 2015, 11:30:43 AM »

Just asking...

Yak-9B            air.YAK_9B 1                          NOINFO  r01   SUMMER

It seems to be included in the sim, and only needs to be added to the air.ini file.

There is also a playable campaign for it here: http://www.mission4today.com/index.php?name=Downloads&file=details&id=4234

If it is not supposed to be included, I am cool with that.

Also, I am incredibly grateful to all modders and compilers and testers who have made this game so wonderful for so much of my life!

Hello csvousden

All in there now, working for the WAW PArt-17 release within the week.

I am so grateful to you!  I know that was a small issue, but the fact that you would listen is wonderful to me.  This game is my one actual hobby.

I am moving to a small condo after many years of living in a big house with too much room and therefore all of the books I have accumulated over several decades must get sold or donated because there will not be enough room for them. The fact that I have a kindle and a computer with this game on it, makes that change in my life much less difficult.  My love of the history of our nation and especially its aviation history will continue virtually uninterrupted because of the technology we now have.

The work you have done is indescribably marvelous.  I may only play about one mission a day, but it is usually my attempt at living out something in whatever book I am reading so your work is exactly what I love in a historical simulation.

This is a long post since its purpose is really just to say to say thank you.  So THANK YOU!
