new cpu e gpu - best settings of conf.ini

well now i own a new and powerful pc (at last)

before i had a medium cpu with amd 4850; now a very good cpu and nvidia 980, so my question is, using CUP, about your suggestions related to:
- which parameter of conf.ini can i change to improve the graphics ?
- which mods/jsmge  to improve graphics ?
- which other "effects/effects software" could or should add to have the best graphical output ?
