Laptop upgraded to Win10

Dear friends, I have updated my laptop to win10 and now when I start the Sim, in CUP and also in other installations. I see part of the screen as I does not fit to my screen and also the mouse pointer has disappeared. I have tried the setup and the config.ini but I don't find the solution.
Please help.
My setting is 1920x1080.

Right-click on the shortcut to the Selector--->
Go to Properties--->
Go to the Compatibility tab--->
Check the box that says "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings"
