Anyone have an idea who made these?

Hey all on SAS!  ;D

I have to ask something, I came across some of these skins a while ago on Asizbiz, and the only initials I could find was BP....the skins are very high detail and there aren't many around....could anyone point me to where I could download or does anyone have these skin packs by this unknown artist?  :-|

At first I thought it was Pegase....but it doesn't look like his work.  :-X

"KE" is a Pegase skin, template by Jester-Ink.  Don't know about the other two. Link for "KE":
