Well I bought this game and it's not working. I know it's stupid of me to posting on this forum but, their registering system is confusing for me. Any tips

A little more info: It starts off fine but when I go into a mission the screen turns black, the sound works fine, and the controls work. After 1 to 2 minutes it freezes then gives me an error message

I have the game but i never had the problem I might be able to help but i need more info like operating system an such. and what error message.

EDIT: It took some searching but if you go to a sight called steel tank addon (you can find it through the graveteam forum in STA; ex NTA) they are active and should be able to help and they run the STA mod out of it, which you should run because it make the game 100% better add a lot more tanks and i mean a lot.

I can't remember how to find the computer specs, I did it before I just can't remember at the moment and and the error message is "Exception core: 001 : error initialization program"

It seems to be a missing model config ect the best advise i can give is reinstall because the only instants i can find is when a mod causes it so a file must have been corrupted or lost.

I got it off Amazon. Idk if that's possible

Edit: it already came with JGSME (I think that's how it's spelled) and two other mods the unofficial patch and compass mod

There you are, Amazon installers are OK at best so it may have skipped something in the download so best bet is reinstall and try to stop interruptions if at all possible.

Also these download sites are weird. Should I trust the one that says "setup.exe"? I think they should have used mediafire

What setup.exe are you talking about is it from one of the mods or amazon.
