having read various threads i tried placing in DBW folder in DBW game the 2 folders mentioned  excluding and including the 2 files you mention in COD but it doesnt appear.In version 412.2 m placing in the MOD folder the game wont start.

it sounds to me from your posts that you haven't installed your game correctly to start with.
i honestly think it'll be better for you to start from scratch, and when doing so, spend some time reading the relevant threads for info FIRST before doing anything you're not sure of. and ask. FIRST. not after the fact.
it's painfully obvious from your posts, as well,  that you haven't really bothered to do much reading on modding IL-2, if at all, and you are going to come horribly short in this particular game if you don't, that's all i can really say...
