Time for a bit of a homage to a IL-2 1946 YouTuber back in the days of vanilla 4.10, UP2.1 and early mods.

SargeSagara stopped making IL-2 mod showcase and his infamous crash/mishap videos back in 2014 but his crash videos are what made him famous by our standards and it was because of this guy as to why I made my own videos a year or so ago using Ultrapack 2.1 with music.

His signature Ki-84-Ia mascot skin is still around on M4T and yes... I do have it in my collection so I decided to give it a flight in BAT.















Enjoy this classic playlist of someone who inspired myself and others to just prat around on IL-2 in the days before I joined SAS in 2014.

Ohhhhh, I remember loving those vids so much. It's what got me into modding Il-2 and was a big part of what led me to SAS1946. Been a while since I've seen these, this is a nice throwback

It's the nostalgia that many of us remember his accident videos and to be fair, his content often used to inspire me to cause as many accidents in slow motion as possible... sadly I didn't have fraps at the time but hey..? I made up for it later!

I remember watching these videos back somewhere in either 2012 or 2013 when I was a little lad, and those got me into wanting to get IL-2 yet didn't know how or where (Yet maybe I didn't mind cause I had Janes WWII Fighters at the time). Yet I still remember many old IL-2 videos back in the day and I haven't gotten the game itself until 2017.

Strangely enough Tore, I didn't have the internet back in 2001 and that's when I first got introduced from Fighter Squadron/Red Baron 3d and WWII Fighters to IL-2. It was only much later that I started watching his videos and others.
