Hawk III wing problem
« on: February 05, 2016, 09:58:59 PM »

:o When it rains, it pours. In addition to problems recently encountered with rwo DOF aircraft, the Morane A1 -

 - and the Nieuport 11 -

https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,50322.0.html -

-the latter a problem shared with SpongeBob, I now find that something very odd is happening with both wings on a WAW bird, the Hawk III. The Hawk appears normally in exterior views, but from the pilot's pov, great swatches of both wings go missing, along with portions of the cabane struts and wires:

As I looked downward, over the side, the cutout in the lower wing filled itself in toward the root:

This happens on both sides of the aircraft, and although the machine does fly normally, it is disconcerting watching great portions of the wings come and go as one scans the surrounding airspace. It should also be noted that the screenies were made during a test run. I did not use my TrackIR for this; I was panning with the mouse.

As before, any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Okey, EHood, exactly the same problem with me.
My Curtiss HawkIII also has disappearing portions of wings and wires from the cockpit view.

Hope someone can confirm if these mistakes are common in every install, or if we share a specific problem. (Hope we can solve it, too). The first one that can find a solution, please tell the other.
Good luck!!!
