it does produce thrust - it's just a little slow to get going, though, i must admit.
are you sure you're starting engine 3 before you take off? otherwise it's not going to produce any thrust, either - that's something i learned awhiles back that's easy to forget...

Ok so i tested it, On both rocket 262's and the 163. the 262's take off with all three going, cut engs, 1&2 keep 3 at 100% I get 0% thrust. the 163 fly's just fine. take off like a bat out of hell.

well, i'm certainly getting thrust from mine, however as i'm not using CUP atm, i'll refrain from trying to offer any further advice - and wait for some CUP guys to help out.
