Pink model falling through the sky when Scramble is selected

Hey all

I've come back to the SAS Cup mod after a while away from IL2 1946 and when I go to try a QMB mission (using QMB Pro) with for example the F86's on the Korea maps, and I select the mission type as Scramble all I get is a pink model falling through the sky when the mission starts.

The same map, and the same plane works fine if I don't select Scramble as mission type.  This seems to happen on a lot, if not all maps, including the default Ubisoft maps and with other aircraft (I've tried the F9F's also), not just the F86's!

Please can someone help me with this.

You might have to choose some weapon loadouts from dropdown menu.

Some MOD aircrafts  don't work only "Set" on the map, because of not to have "default" loadout.

Thanks guys.  I have tried changing weapon loadouts from default to something else and it doesn't resolve the issue.

Below is the end of the latest log.lst, I did change the migs weapon loadout and I set the number of opponents to 0 also, but the error about the default loadout is still there and I'm still getting the pink prop plane model falling through the sky.

Don't know if it's helpful but if I change the map (from a Korea map) to Besserabia (an Ubisoft map) I at least get a view from underneath the F86 with the undercarriage down, but the rest of the plane model is pink and it's still falling through the sky!

Also the issue doesn't present itself on every map or with every plane, for example the F86 and F9F (1949) work just fine in a scramble on the Moscow map.

So I'm thinking it's a map related issue - is it possible that the quick mission scramble for the maps in question needs to be edited in some way, perhaps to place the plane on the runway?  If so how do I do that?

You can't modify them because the Red Scramble missions already start on the ground.

Are you certain that you have a Mig-15 with the class name Mig_15? Sometimes as upgrades come along class names change to accommodate different models.  A way to check is to go to the fmb and place Mig-15 on the map. With a text editor see whether the name is in fact air.mig_15.

I can try that.  But surely where I've tried with just the F86 on it's own and I'm getting the same problem and that the same problem doesn't occur on all maps would mean it's not a problem with the mig?
