Here's some French and South Vietnamese Air Force F8F Bearcats. The French flew F8Fs in Vietnam in the close air support role throughout the early 50s. A number of these aircraft were turned over to the newly formed RVNAF at the time of the French withdrawl.  Vietnamese Bearcats continued to fly into the early 1960s.  The template used is by Zargos. It uses Gerd's UV mapping. Thanks to Gerd for this great mod. Lots of fun to fly!  Skins are compatible with the F8F version in CUP.

French Indochina F8Fs represent various units including G.C. II/9, G.C.1/21, G.C. 1/22, and G.C. I/9 respectively. They are representative of the units and marking variations used throughout the period.

Interesting skins.  I didn't know the South Vietnamese had the F8Fs too.  Thanks for the info and skins!
