this is my log file in the post above my VP media is crashing at 70% went step by step to load the mod in and double checked everything

Appears your issue is with another mod, https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,48526.0.html - Stationary Runway Arresting Wire MOD (03rd/Dec./2015) by western0221

If you download the Stationary Runway Arresting Wire MOD and put the Wes_RunwayArrestor folder in your mods folder, should resolve your issue.
