MME & WAW installation advise
« on: April 24, 2016, 01:58:05 PM »

Hi, starting a new CUP - WAW install due to some (self inflicted  :-[ ? ::() problems and got me a question: all previous times I installed the WAW parts as they came available. So at one point there was WAW part 12 after which one had to re-install MME 12. Now we have progressed to MME 14 and I wonder if there's still a need to re-install MME 12 after installation of WAW 12?

I don't think so (unless you want to stay to WAW pt12). Whatever was added in other CUP modules with MME-12 must have been replaced or kept into the next modules updates and restore points. By the way, re-installing #WAW should only mean, basically, reinstalling the last version of the #WAW folder only (unless the 'problems' you talk about are concerning SFS files  ;) )

Ok, thank you I'll leave that than for what its worth. And how about SAS_JSGME_Options_for_Modact_5.3x? Do I need to install that one?

Only if you want to use the basic Modact 5.3 game, I guess (using #SAS folder, good for testing 4.12 mod compatibility). But I don't think it's needed for CUP.
