Just FYI, the new SCW campaigns and single missions are working fine here. As always with TGA, at least for me, there have been no frame rate problems.

I must say, flying a Breguet 19 in air-to-air combat is a hoot! It's no rocket, but then, for the time being at any rate, the other side is fielding either the same aircraft, or similarly awkward machines. The overall feel of each battle does hover somewhere between kite-like, WWI stick-and-canvas, and the steadier, faster aircraft of WWII.

Once again, many thanks to all concerned.

Good day to all...I donĀ“t know... is just me or is impossible to aim correctly with the breguet 19 I think that the problem described  by the user Whiskey_Sierra_972 in the reply #62 is happening to me.

https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,26039.60.html

Currently I'm runing TGA up to the 6th part.

Can anyone confirm this please, Is my TGA installation or is a bug in the aircraft?

Thanks

The pilot's gunsight in the Br.19 is very difficult, but not impossible, to use. I've assembled a series of screenies showing the sight as it appears in my CUP installation. Rather then crowd this thread with that illustrated discussion, I've posted the discussion and screenshots here:

UPDATE: These campaigns are in the final stages for inclusion in the next package -

1936

It is interesting to see this many battles from so many prespectives.  These missions see the debut of the Freccia, Mosca, Chato, He51, but no He-111s yet...

One campaign features a single Hawker Fury.  The Republicans only actually flew one, a single Hawker Fury, in the defence of Madrid.  You get to fly it, with no parachute, to see if you could keep the airframe intact for 8 missions - no second chances.

Most of these campaigns are actually ready now, just tweaking, testing, writing the credits etc...

The best features of these 412 CUP Campaigns are the taxi from park.  I never get tired of watching dozens of aircraft taxi out from their hangars and cammo nets, then drive up the taxiways to swing round and take off, often side by side!  It takes a lot of testing to achieve this and get everyone up safely.  Mission designer becomes air traffic control for the first phase.

Those old version campaigns that start lined up on the runway just look soooooo ancient to me now!

This package will include the CUP-SCW Manual updated to 1936, then its onward to 1937!

I have all of the battles written up and planned for 1938 and 1939 as well.

Look out for 1936 next weekend...

Hello mate!  Had a right old session in FMB lately but have to get the skinpacks together now and pack 'em all up properly.  Really enjoying making and testing these sets too.  ;D

Sure ! Been busy building campaigns too, for this module but more about Sino-Japanese conflict(s) (considering optional adds, like 1937-1939 japanese aircraft and various other planes/early carriers) and for #WAW...about alternate german/naval history  :D

Brilliant news - Thank you!  The Sino-Japanese war is very interesting and I think we have a great range in TGA to depict that conflict as well.  Looking forward to more about those when you are ready.

If there are any particular mods, that we don't yet have in there, that you would like to see in "The Golden Age" Module please let me know so we can get testing and put them into the next update.  For me personally C.U.P. is all about building highly modded campaigns like this with the system in place to share them with everyone. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
