With your file, the map now loads and saves without a hitch. What a colossal work! The map has been amazingly well populated!!! (Although my old rig groans while flying over one or two of those big Chinese cities.) It looks very, very Chinese!  :)

Sgt Rock on M4T has made a lighter version of the map so that the cities are not so heavily populated and this allows for better fps over them.
