The KI are shooting so perfect - even in the average-skill-mode

That's roughly what all long-term UP3 players felt like
Actually you have to get rid of old bad habits.
The old 4.10 KI was constantly missing the aim point when you did certain defensive moves, like running low on the deck (they would try to attack but break off before shooting) or applying full rudder to the inner side of a slow, long, prolonged turn (AI would always shoot behind you).
The new KI will make the same mistake once but then they will adjust their settings immediately.
That's what kills you when you fly against them like you did before.
Plus new AI does help each other if they're outnumbering their opponents. They suck though when they're outnumbered themselves.

I tried to install the patch but I did not succeed.
At the end of the file update, the jsgme will be activated automatically by displaying the screen. At warning message, I reply to enable the patch, but at the end of the whole process when I reopen the jsgme i do not track the patch 210 (second immage).

So in a nutshell, you want to tell us that any other mod in JSGME can be enabled successfully, but UP3 Patch Pack magically disables itself?
Tell me more.

Did you install your game to "C:\Program Files" maybe?

basically I ran the patch installation process as follows: Open jsgme and disable each component except UP3. launched the patch pointing to the folder that is located in j: \. after all the files are replaced or updated, the jsgme will automatically reopen as I showed you in the photo. I enable the patch 210 and close the jsgme. if I reboot jsgme I can not find the patch. it's as if nothing had happened.

You need to explore "why" the file is disappearing then, I would think.

Probably the problem is resolved. I noticed that during the file extraction phase the process was very slow. Also the auto-archive window borders were green .... never happened. Another strange sign was that it took a long time to find the directory where the files were unpacked. Although I had disabled Comodo Antivirus, this antivirus still marked archive files as suspicious and therefore 'limited in operation'. I removed this block and I immediately noticed that all odd behaviors have disappeared. I missed the time trying to apply the patch, but just made it I will let you know. thank you. ... rebels.

I have another question about this patch. It happens to me that after entering the Mod Setting GUI menu, by pressing the back button I return to the desktop and il2 closes.
