Are the CUP installer archives updated when fixes are found, or should I be constantly searching this site
for hot-fixes as they are released?

I downloaded many of the installer archives last year or early this year, and only downloaded new sections
as they came out, based on my assumption that the archived parts remain unchanged. Should I be
re-downloading the installer archives to fix things or not?
