One good (very good) thing I noticed right away about the P1Y1 mod is how polished and detailed it is: properly rounded surfaces, crisp panel lines, good pilot figures, defensive guns that don't look like sticks, etc.  Way above and beyond the stock game.

Thanks for your kind feedback and thanks to Birdman for the fixes.
Trent reported two more issues (airtificial horizon turning in wrong direction and another "optical" one), so let's wait and see whether there's more to come and let's look forward for another update next week :)

Just  a Little moan , when i'm trying to fly this beauty i get a CTD , no log, something with 6DO stopped working  ????

Which game version?
CTD at which laod percentage?
Did you try our startup debugger?

Got the same problem.

Also 4.09

The game loads without problems. The plane loaded. Got about a second in the cockpit - then CTD.

I dont have tested this plane yet but the read Me says

IL-2 4.09 Rebels need to have the "AircraftLH Stub Class Mod" installed.

@Benno: That's the classic 60% CTD. You don't have a DiffFM mod installed, that's why.

@LameHawk: No, that's not the same problem. Please show the contents of your logfile (log.lst).
If you don't know what that is, please use the board's search function.
It's been discussed a few hundred times ;)
