No sorry, the log is truncated, the relevant parts didn't make it to the logfile.
Please use the startup debugger like Benno did and show the screenshot of your command prompt window after IL-2 crashed.
And please make sure you have the AircraftLH Stub Class Mod installed as mentioned by Germy, if that one's missing, the result would be exactly as you've described.

So what about DiffFM?
Apparently your game doesn't have it and that's the reason why it crashes at 60% when you install this mod.

And by the way... I'd like to stress that this error does make it into the log.lst.

This version includes all fixes available to this date, please check the readme for details.
HD default skin and AircraftLH stub class for 409 rebels remain unchanged, no need to re-download them.

This is a pure 3D / material / texture fix, no code changes.
