I did some testing and 101tfs did an excellent job on the beautiful new 3d! 

Unfortunately the guns don't want to work and I can't drop bombs (the bombs don't show in the loadout screen either). 

All the weapons work fine with Mikoyan99's original R2Y1 mod, just not with the new 3d update. Anyone else have this issue?

Yep. Drop tanks work, but that's about it. On the plus side there's a "R2Y1-J" armed heavy fighter version of the plane 3d hiding in the plane 3do folder as a fun little alternate version that you can activate, but it's pretty much just guns, no bombs, so take that as you will.

Must say though, it looks even better now, and the real thing wasn't even armed at all, so I'm not really complaining.

That's too bad. The weapons made Mikoyan99's original R2Y1 a fun aircraft to fly. Hopefully this new 3d will support weapons in a future version.

Ok, I checked the "hidden" R2Y1-J and the guns work like a charm! Thanks again for the tip!
