Bad news for you and other 4.09 rebels is that as usual, the initial version will be tested on 4.12.2m only.
There will be a "cross version" release soon but I'd like to get some feedback on the 4.12 one first.

As explained before, XF-5U will be next, right now after work has been done for Ki-49.
If you want to post video, just post the youtube link, the board will automatically convert it to an inline video (if available).

Right now the new for IL-2 are as numerous as the feathers on an egg!
I will make a "provisional" version for the Rebels ...  ;)
