You could very easily modify the Ki-61 cockpit for this application and possibly use the flight model from the P-63. The most serious problems would be making the general shape and flight characteristics but that has been overcome by modders before.

I don't know, but this airplane looks an awful lot like the Italian Piaggio P.119, a fighter project that was under test when Italy surrendered in 1943. Just google "Piaggio P.119", and there's  a bunch of stuff.

Unfortunately Shelby, those that build and create aircraft here need concrete information and photos and specifications. They will not take the time to translate and decode info for the sake of one plane. As it is in your case, you really need to give usable information and useful photos and blueprints.
