AN/APS-13 Tail Warning Radar

Does anyone know if the AN/APS-13 Tail Warning Radar on the P-38L and Late p-51s works. From what I have read up on there should be a light and/or a bell to indicate a bandit on your tail.



Fun fact the same radar was modifed and used on the atomic bombs during WW2

It has been implemented somewhat in the P-47N (https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,18224.0.html) and the "Jugs Reloaded" (https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,39846.0.html).

However, it seems the implementation is not perfect.

Well that is awesome to see. I'll be sure to try it out, hope to see it added to other aircraft.
